L’Oreal Pure-Sugar Scrubs

One of the simplest ways to get rid of the dead cells from the skin’s surface is exfoliation. Your skin becomes instantly smooth and glowing! It sounds great, right?! But, somehow I wasn’t very much into exfoliating/scrubbing until very recently when I was tempted to buy one of the new L’Oreal Pure-Sugar Scrubs. Now, I am totally obsessed 😉

This year, L’Oreal released a trio of deliciously looking and affordable face scrubs. Each of the three sugar scrubs is formulated with naturally-derived sugars- brown, blonde and white, and along with other ingredients targets different skin concerns. The scrubs don’t contain silicons and parabens, and can be safely used on both face and lips. To use, simply smooth and massage a small amount of the scrub with your fingers onto a clean and dry skin while avoiding the eye area. Rinse subsequently with warm water. It’s recommended to use the scrubs up to three times a week.

I bought the Purify & Unclog Face Scrub, which combines the three sugars with real kiwi seeds, peppermint and lemongrass oils to purify and unclog the pores of your skin. It smells fantastic and it has a thick gel-like texture, which feels luxurious on the face. Besides, it wipes easily off, without leaving any residue. I noticed that it is very gentle and leaves the skin brightened, clean and soft. The packaging is also nice, the scrub is in a glass bottle, which feels weighted in the hand.

This is definitely a very good and inexpensive product (€ 12.99) that you should consider trying. I’ll keep using it and will for sure buy it again.

Have you tried one of the sugar scrubs from L’Oreal?

xxLove,
